Shipping Information

All items are handmade to order by Lisa Entzminger. Here is a list of current production times:

• Lace Scarf: 4-6 weeks
• Headband: 1-2 weeks
• Chunky Knit Hat or Scarf: 1-2 weeks
• Chunky Knit Blanket: 6-8 weeks

USPS Domestic First Class Mail — $0
USPS Domestic Priority Mail, 2+ Days — $10 flat rate
USPS Domestic Priority Mail, 1-2 Days – $25 flat rate

In the unlikely event that an item is delayed, I will contact you to provide the option to cancel or modify your order. 

We ship from the United States. Buyers located outside of the United States are responsible for all customs fees and import duties as well as VAT tax where applicable.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

I accept returns on all items with exception of knitting patterns and custom items. Please email info@anneliseknits.com to expedite your return processing. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and should be returned in the same condition as it was sent. We highly recommend using a return method that provides package tracking number.
